2 ud of chicken breast
1 unit of Egg
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of oregano
1.Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
2.We wash the chicken breasts well and cut them into strips.
3.We beat the egg on the one hand and, on the other, we cut our cornflakes without reaching a powder texture. Add the parsley, oregano and garlic powder.
4. We coat our chicken strips, first with the oat flakes. Next, we go through the beaten egg and then through the cornflakes mixture.
5.Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes.
